Fundación SISTEMA is governed by a Board of Management which is composed of University professors and political leaders who have held high responsibilities in Spain.

	Pedro de Vega Professor in Constitutional Law at the University Complutense of Madrid. Director of the journal Revista de Estudios Políticos. Former Member of the Central Electoral Board.
Elías Díaz Professor in Philosophy of Law at the University Autónoma de Madrid. Former Director of the Centro de Estudios Constitucionales.
